The physical experience of being
human What does it mean to be a human being? There are a variety of answers to this question. The answer we give depends on the perspective we hold. What is provided here is a creativity perspective on being human and the aspects which have been found to influence holding our creativity sacred. It needs to be noted, with the creativity perspective, the human physical experience is not the only experience we can have. For whatever reason, at some level of our being, it is the experience we desired to have and is governed by the intention for our life. To understand the human physical experience, we need to be willing to step out of mind and what we think and believe and to accept the brilliance and wisdom of the design of Physical Creation. To deny physical Creation in any way denies the brilliance and wisdom of the Creator, the intention for our life and our own power as a creator. All esoteric traditions make some assumption about the origin or the universe. Most stay creation somehow emanates from a oneness of all that is. That is, no matter what exists in Creation it is all composed of the same essential material that emanates from the Creator. Some traditions try and explain how and why a thinking, self conscious human exists in creation where as others say we are here and leave the discussion at that. Most talk about getting out of physical Creation to a more spiritual and heavenly condition. Some go as far to suggest something is lost or missing in physical Creation and physical creation is less than an acceptable place to be. There is an opinion in many traditions that there is something wrong with Physical Creation and that either the human being is some how flawed or true freedom and/or a state of Heaven, Nirvana, or the Kingdom of God can only be obtain in transcending the human body and/or Physical Creation. These views are of the opinion that pain should not exist and there is something wrong with any state of being that has the possibility of being painful. Pain free and painlessness are associated with Heaven and pain is associated with hell. Such thinking implies the Creator did not know what It was doing when it created Physical Creation nor when it created pain. As an ego within a human body, this view of the human experience is valid. Because so much of our life appears to be beyond our control, many hold the view there is a God as something outside ourselves, hiding and/or residing somewhere, such as heaven, that controls Creation. This God is then often seen as someone to whom we need to get close. In being close to this God, in whatever form we believe, we see ourselves as getting close to the power of Creation and in that closeness we expect to experience protection from Creation and/or to control Creation. However, from the creativity perspective and holding our creativity sacred, a different view arises. This view brings our awareness to the fact that there is nothing wrong with the physical experience. It is only one experience of an infinite experiences that are available to us. If we can be happy with what is as it is, knowing we can change what is whenever we wish, we will no long be bound by the physical world. We will also come to the realization there is no need to transcend the physical. If we cannot be happy with what is here in the physical world, we will not be happy with what is in any reality. In addition, we will find ourselves coming back to the physical experience to learn the lessons in creativity as to why we cannot be happy with what is. What needs to understood from the perspective of claiming our birthright and becoming a conscious creator, Heaven, the Kingdom of God, or Nirvana are creations as any other creation. If we cannot and do not find true creative freedom in Physical Creation, we will not experience it in any other creation. To find true creative freedom in Physical Creation, it is necessary to understand the nature of Physical Creation, ourselves and our creative ability and creative power, and the physical experience of being a human being. The basic essentials and concepts supporting the concept of the physical experience of being a being a human are found in the topic, "The basic essentials and "physics" of: Being a world unto our self, World of the other, World of Om, Shared realities, Creation within Creation." It is recommended this file be reviewed before preceding. This topic highlights some of the more important aspects of what it means from a creativity perspective and holding our creativity sacred for us to be beings of unlimited creativity experiencing Physical Creation from within a human body. Additional discussion are found in the referenced hyperlinks. The recommendation made here is not to accept what is stated here blindly as truth. Rather, you are encouraged to do your own experiments and allow effectiveness to be your measure of truth. Physical Creation and the human physical experience (Top) The nature of Physical Creation and the human physical experience are integrally linked as is the environment and the unfoldment of any creation. Most importantly, the human physical experience is a product of Physical Creation. Our mind, which we rely upon for most of our thinking, is a product of this larger creative process. As a part of the process we cannot see the whole process for what it is. As such many aspects of the experience we have, or will have, as a human being are controlled by Physical Creation. As a product of Physical Creation, humanity exists only for a time period and then the conditions on earth will change such that humanity no longer exists. We are an unfoldment within Physical Creation, whatever that unfoldment may be. The environment and the creation are integrally connected. When the environment of Physical Creation changes significantly enough, humans will change or disappear. How we respond to any experience we have and what we understand about what we experience is not determined by Physical Creation. It is determined by how awake and aware or how asleep and unaware we are of what is occurring and what we think and believe about what is occurring. It is determined by how willing we are to know ourselves and how well learn to know ourselves. The fact that we need to know ourselves to know Physical Creation leads to the perception of a separation. That is, there is a things we know why they occur the way they do and there are things that occur that we do not understand as to why they happen. This has lead humanity to believe there is a Physical Creation that can be understood and manipulated and an unseen nonphysical Creation that is under the control of god, God or other nonphysical entities. The more we learn about manipulating Creation, the less we attribute to unseen or unknown forces and entities. In doing so, we come to see the more our creative ability and creative power is determined by how and what we think and believe. The truth of the matter is, there are no separate realms to Creation. Rather there are areas or aspects that are unknown to us either as individuals or collectively that seem to exist in separate realms. Yet, through the oneness of Creation and the wave particle nature of energy consciousness, all is interconnected and available through our nonconscious mind. We are infinitely creative being whose conscious awareness is capable of spanning all of Creation. The topics, "Creation Story for the Creativity Perspective," "Origins of Creation," and "Observer observed pair and the nature of duality," coupled with the discussion on energy consciousness provide the foundation for such an understanding. The issue about the human physical experience is that, as infinitely creative beings possessing an unlimited creativity, we have intentionally limited our creativity in order to have the physical experience as a human being. Or, in some cases, we have entered Physical Creation in order to awaken ourselves to the full depth and breadth of our creative ability and creative power. Or, because of how the human physical experience is our consciousness expressed physically, we may have enter Physical Creation to see where we hold attachments and have bound our creative life energy from past experiences. How we bind ourselves to the rules of Physical Creation is to use a physical body as the vehicle for the experience. For whatever reason we have for incarnating, we have chosen a human body for our experiences. In addition to our body encoding the rules of Physical Creation, it causes to have a whole series of unique experiences we cannot have if we had chosen another vehicle. Of course, there are other experiences we miss in being human. In any case, the ability to control something or be at the mercy of an unknown causes us to stand between two world. We stand between the world of our unlimited creativity and the ability to create whatever we desire by how we focus our attention and awareness and the limits, boundaries and rules of Physical Creation where we often seem at the mercy of Physical Creation. The physical human experience is where we each create our experiences and create the reality of those experiences but we do it within a common set of rules or guidelines to which we are held accountable through our bodies. As an independent consciousness, what we experience is solely determined by how we focus our attention and awareness by how and what we think and believe. As a human being and a creation within Creation, we are multidimensional or multifaceted being and are the composite and superposition of many large and smaller creations. As a composite of creations within a creation, in any one moment we are in the creative process at a variety of levels within and outside our being and at different points in the process inside and out. At any one moment, all the various aspects of our own being and Creation are at one point or another along the creative/creation process proceeding at different paces. The insights available in creating within a creation (Top) The brilliance and wisdom available to us in Physical Creation is a result of the fact there is a tremendous insight as to what is in our nonconscious mind that is available in creating within Creation. That is, who and what we are becomes a one to one physical mapping into the creation we experience. Or, alternatively said, our consciousness is reflected physically. How this is done is a process as reflected in the phenomenon of pair production. In the pair production phenomenon, energy in the form of a photon without any mass gets converted directly to mass. That is something that is "non physical" where "non physical" is defined without mass is converted into mass. In this phenomenon the massless energy takes on a physical form. When it does so, it create a particle and an antiparticle or a hole and a cutout if we choose to see it that way. What is important to realize is that we need to look at both the hole and the cutout, or the particle and the antiparticle, if we wish to see the original energy which gives rise to the cutout. Analogously, the human physical experience allow us to manifest who and what we are directly into physical form in a way which allows us to see our attachments. But how and what we are is split between our consciousness and our body and the world in which our body exists. However we look at it, our inner world is reflected in the outer. The world of our consciousness is manifested as our body and its environment. An overall description of the human physical experience (Top) As independent point of individualized consciousness, our language of communication is creativity and we have created physical experiences that will adequately define and express who we currently think we are both to ourselves and others. What we have done is shattered and fragmented our consciousness in a way that has defined how we desired to express ourselves to give rise to the conditions to create the physical experience that are reflective of the desires we hold. Being a being of infinite consciousness, we could not experience a finite existence unless we had hidden a part of ourselves from ourselves and we did this by allowing a part of ourselves to "go to sleep" and become dormant (like a tree becomes dormant in the winter). Aside from that, we also have shattered and fragmented ourselves by believing we are who we have come to think we are. There is a subtly here that must be understood. One layer of our being fragmented itself to have a physical experience. Another part of us has come to believe we are physical and incapable of being anything else. One part of ourselves causes us to be lost knowing that we are capable of finding our way out although we haven’t the foggiest idea of how we might do that for we really are lost. "It is like saying, I am going to totally lose myself to have the experience of finding myself." A second part of our being experiences being lost and comes to believe we have no possibility of every finding our way. It says, "I am lost and I will never find my way out." In the first case, we leave the door open to the possibility of finding our way - we never give up looking for the way. In the second case, we shut that door and as such, we will remain lost - we give up looking. Here, of course, it needs to be noted, the open door leads to the proverbial heaven and the other leads to the proverbial hell. The reason why this happen is that when we are born into this world, we have no reference to understand who and what we are. No body does. It is the nature of the physical experience. By design we go to sleep and forget. But we have an awareness and we can figure our way out if we can follow our own internal guidance and reference system. However, we need to develop this internal guidance system if we are going to use it to find the truth of who and what we are. Our problem, the undeveloped internal guidance system of intuitive guidance and body wisdom functions much like lightening flashing in the dark night. There is a moment where it illuminates the path before us if we are watching the path. Then all returns to total darkness as quickly as it came to light. If we are not watching our path but focused else where, we will not see the information and guidance it provides us when it flashes.. The intensity of the physical experience is overwhelming and our consciousness is much too busy trying to figure out how to work the body in which it finds itself rather than worrying about who it is and what it came to do and how to find its way out. By the time we learn to operate our body and find some level of confidence in the physical world, we have had innumerable experiences, have been told many things about ourselves and who we are and the nature of reality. Additionally we have have learned to mimic and copy a great deal from our early care givers such that we are never looking at our path when our intuitive guidance or body wisdom flashes and lights the direction. Some of what we come to believe about life it is of course right and some of it is wrong. But what we are not taught to do is to learn how to follow our own internal guidance system because that is something only we can do. Some may help us but they can’t do it for us. Most of us never stop to really understand why we are here in a body. Most go about living life based on what we have been told and based on what we have come to believe about life. Yet there is a wisdom within our being that knows why and can guide us if you learn to listen to it. If we fail to learn to listen to this wisdom, we continue to scatter and fragment ourselves because our creative life energy goes one way and our beliefs about life take us in another direction. What we then end up doing is causing ourselves to become further and further lost. Not because we are lost but only because we have come to believe we are lost.
Highlights of the human physical experience
(Top) Provides the opportunity to experience energy consciousness as energy, as consciousness or as energy consciousness (Highlights): The human physical experience allows our individuated point of consciousness or our creative spirit to experience the duality of energy consciousness. We experience the duality as a the separation of energy and consciousness. In other realms of Creation, we would experience energy consciousness as something different. Physical Creation is to view from the perspective of energy or as consciousness. Experiencing the duality of energy consciousness is the normal way we experience energy consciousness. Our bodies are designed to give us such an experience. To experience the consciousness aspect of energy consciousness, we only need to live totally from our perception of reality and who we think we are because of the experiences we have had. It is to live in the perception "I am this, I am not that." Consciousness divides, segments and separates and it does this through the property of consciousness we call mind. To experience the energy of energy consciousness, we simply become so totally immersed in what we are doing and what is happening. We only need to surrender to the experience such that we have no awareness of anything else other than what we are doing in that moment. That is, to be out of mind and totally absorbed and lost in that which is happening. Although limited, we are still infinitely creative (Highlights): Creation and the experience of any creation/Creation is about limiting our unlimited creativity for the purposes of having a particular type and kind of experience. We limit our unlimited creativity by consciously or nonconsciously binding our creative life energy through our attachments. Our attachments are determined by how we have focused our attention and awareness as a result of how and what we think and believe. Although we have bound ourselves to the rules of Physical Creation through our body, we nevertheless are still infinitely creative and our creative life energy experienced is split and separate. A part of our energy is localized in Physical Creation. Our creative life energy which has a facet of being physical, we will experience as physical. That which has a facet of being physical has a portion of its localized energy overlapping the localized energy of Physical Creation. That part of our energy which does not have a facet of being physical will be seen and experienced in the non physical. This non physical aspect is characteristic of our creative imagination and the realm of creative inspiration, the mystic and shaman. It will be understood if we have the previous experiences to understand what we experience. What we experience all depends on how we focus our attention and awareness. Additional discussion if found in the topic, "Limitation for the sake of an experience." It provides a opportunity to consciously see and experience our uniqueness (Highlights): As and individualized consciousness, we each carry a unique way of being in the creation/Creation and experiencing the creation/Creation. Our creative spirit/creative life energy that sustains us and is flowing into our being desires to express itself in its own unique fashion. This desire is a dream we carry in our heart and within our being. It is what give us a passion for life and for living. To live in a way that unfolds this dream accesses our creative passion. To allow this dream to grow, we need to surrender to our body wisdom and intuitive guidance and allow our passion and the inner satisfaction and joy and bliss that arise from being in flow with our creative life energy to access our internal compass. As our dream unfolds, we will bring a gift or gifts into the world which is the fulfillment of the desire carried by the consciousness which created the Physical Creation and/or the collective consciousness that lies within the intention for our life. If we don’t unfold the dream within our heart we will find that life is somehow feels unfulfilled or unsatisfying. A place of grounding and experience of attachment which reveals our attachments at any level of being (Highlights): Physical Creation is a place that grounds our energy. In a way analogous to the way gravity pulls objects to Earth to the ground, Physical Creation pulls our creative life energy into manifestation in a physical experience. Hence the name grounding. What is important is the way it pulls our energy. That is, it provides a place for our energy to flow into manifestation based on our attachments. This is achieved by the fact that in order to have an experience of Physical Creation we must somehow attach ourselves to Physical Creation. We attach ourselves through our body. Our body, but its nature, is attached to certain things within Physical Creation because of what we feel. For example we feel hungry so we go get food. We feel thirsty so we go get water. This, in turn, provides an avenue and model for us to reveal and/or form other attachments based on what we feel. We feel lonely so we go look for another. We feel sad so we go look for something to make us happy. This fact allows us to use our experience in Physical Creation to reveal our attachments in both our transcendental mind and enculturated mind through what we feel and that to which we are draw to satisfy that feeling. It provides a way to make the nonconscious conscious. We simply need to pull the string on what we feel and why we feel what we do as opposed to something else. The key to our creative power, at any level of being, is to become like the wind freedom. Coming with nothing (no attachments and expectations) and leaving with nothing (no attachments - no regrets in any way and no strong desires for or against anything). This of course is much easier said than done, especially in Physical Creation. Nevertheless, Physical Creation provides us the opportunity to begin to find freedom. Additional discussion if found in the topic, "Attachments in Physical Creation." A place of death (Highlights): Physical Creation is perceived or experienced as a place of death as opposed to a place of transformation and participating in the sacrifice of creation for two reasons. One is as a result of the strong attachments we make in Physical Creation, separation from those attachments is experienced as death. The more attachments that are severed the greater the experience of death. The other reason is for our creative life energy to localized and be manifest physically, we form the equivalent of a particle - anti particle pair or a cutout and a hole. In returning to a non localized form of energy, it is much like how a particle and antiparticle annihilate each other to return to non localized free energy. The existing form must be eliminated, a death incurred, for the energy to become free and available for the next creation. Relative to letting go of our attachments to experience the require death for the sacrifice of creation, there is a function and purpose to pain. However, most of us have never come to understand the function of pain and how to use it. In learning to understand the gift of pain, we can learn about our attachments which need to be release to remove the pain in our life and turn our deaths into the transformations that they are. Additional related discussion are found in the topics, "Creativity perspective on death," and "Sacrifice of creation." The physical plane is a place of manifestation (Highlights). The physical plane is a place of manifestation. That is, our creative life energy moves from an unbounded, non localized from into a localized form expressed in Physical Creation. We bring our desires into a physical experience by directing our creative life energy into physical manifestation by how we focus our attention and awareness. Our consciousness choose to experience who and what we are and what we desire to experience into a physical experience. We have a free will and are free to create and manifest whatever we desire. There is no judgment on what we choose or how we choose. Our body and its environment is our truth manifested reflective of how the inner is reflected in the outer. To understand exactly how and why we have created ourselves as we have we will need to make the nonconscious conscious. We need to make the nonconscious conscious because we choose to have a physical experience with our transcendental mind. Our transcendental mind existed before our current mind as we know mind, came into existence. What needs to clearly be understood is whatever we experience physically our is our consciousness being expressed physically. We only need to observe what we experience in life to know both our conscious and nonconscious mind. Of course, the question with which we will be left is, "Why this experience as opposed to any other?" Our consciousness being expressed physically (Highlights): The physical plane is a realm of existence where who and what we are becomes physical such that our body and the world we experience is a direct reflection of the consciousness aspect of our being. Our physical bodies are a direct reflection of our individuated consciousness and creative spirit in physical form. Our bodies embody what it thinks and believe in order to have an experience of Physical Creation as a human being. This can be understood in how the inner is reflected in the outer. Physical Creation provides us the opportunity to experience exactly who and what we are and what we have created within our being. It allows us to reveal the attachments we have within our transcendental mind and enculturated mind. It provides us an opportunity to reveal our attachments because how we bind the free flow of our creative life energy in our attachments is how we what create the experiences we have. Physical Creation is only one type and kind of experience we can have within an infinite number of other reality. It is one that is best suited for seeing how we have created our reality through our attachments and what we hold onto rather than letting go. When we don’t let go, there is pain. But there is gift in pain. Our pain will reveal our attachment if we follow it back to its source. Additional discussion can be found in the topic, "The human physical experience is our consciousness expressed physically." Physical Creation allows for the dissipation of energy of the transcendental mind (Highlights): To free the creative life energy that flows into a creation, the energy must be allowed to freely dissipate in the experience. If we hold onto the experience in a positive or negative way, we bind the energy and it us unavailable for the new creation. Context is needed to surface memories. For us as a human being, Physical Creation is the dissipation of our creative life energy in a physical experience. Our creative life energy manifest physical and then flows through a physical experience until the energy dissipated in the experience. For any aspect of Physical Creation, when the energy is dissipated, the experience is finished and what exists, whether it be an object or an experience, seems to die. Yet, the energy is only returned to an non localized form to be recast into the next creation. Whether the consciousness that has the physical experience develops and further awakens as a result of the experience that is had returns to a non localized form is another question. Physical death does not end the experience of consciousness. Consciousness does not die, it transforms. It only changes the experience consciousness has. This is very important to us as humans. The key is to come with nothing and leave with nothing. But that is not the way we live. We come with a transcendental mind which created the physical life and body we have and we leave with a mind that is the composition of the memories our transcendental mind and enculturated mind. We carry all the memories we ever have had in this existence or any other. The question is how many of those memories are storing and binding our creative life energy. Part of the work in any physical incarnation is to release the energy in the memories we have to learn to be creatively free. This includes memories held in our transcendental mind as the memories surface within the context of our life. In fact, there are some who must return to the physical plane to get the correct context to release the memories held in their transcendental mind. In many ways the physical plane allows us to feel the pain of our wounds so that they can be surfaced and addressed. What needs to be realized the transcendent mind is really no different than our enculturated mind. It just lies deeper as discussed in the topic, "The subconscious and unconscious." An intense experience (Highlights): The physical experience is an extremely intense experience. One of the primary reasons individuals incarnate as human being is to have the experience of feeling. The joy of the human physical experience is to be in feeling, feeling the passion for life and feeling the passion for living. It can be so intense that the intensity itself can be painful. It is an orgasmic experience. In the same way an orgasm can become so intense it borders on pain, so does the physical experience. As a child we feel the full intensity such that it can even hurt when our hair is cut. We can feel the pain of separation of our hair from our body caused by a pair of scissors. As we grow, we learn to numb ourselves to the intensity so as not to live on the boarder between pain and pleasure. But in doing so, the questions is how far do we numb our ability to feel. It is the this issue of intensity and how we shut ourselves down because of the intensity is one of the reasons why people of ancient times come to believe we were born into original sin and some how separated from the Source within our own being. But, this intensity of the physical experience is why the physical experience was designed as it was/is. It is able to amplify the attachments we have by making them physical to be seen, observed and experienced. Whether we realize it or not, the human experience is an intense orgasmic experience. The intensity of the experience creates tremendous feelings in us at each and every level of our being. It is the intensity of the experience and the imprint of those feelings on our psyche which causes us to be attached to Physical Creation. We can get an idea about these whenever we have a traumatic experience. The experience stays with us long after it is over and can even routinely haunt us totally biasing how we respond to life. What we don’t realize is these types and kinds of experiences are only those that we realize. But this is happening all the time. It is so common we just don’t realize it. As a human being, we intentionally limit what we feel for the purpose of having a human physical experience and experiencing creation from within our body. The question we need to pursue is, "How did our mind further limit the depth and breadth of what we are capable of feeling by both our belief structure, what we think and believe, for whatever reason, and by the experience we have had in the past where our free expression was thwarted in some way?" Physical Creation is about getting us to understand just how powerful a creator we are. It is designed to take away our creative power and create the illusion we are victims so that we can realize just how powerful we are when we take our creative power back. Escaping the rules of physical creation (Highlights): As a human being, we are experiencing a creation within a creation. Our consciousness has intentionally block certain aspects of our creativity so as to have an experience of Physical Creation and it will not readily let go of the desired experience of being human. Yet, in reality, we have an unlimited creativity and there is nothing we cannot create if we escape the rule of Creation. We can escape the rules of Creation if we access the proper level of creation. Otherwise we must stay within the confines of the collective and what it means to be human for this time and place. Additional discussion on the rule of Physical Creation is found in the topic, "Rules of Physical Creation." A process we all follow (Highlights): The gift of Physical Creation is that we are allowed or rather given the opportunity to awaken our consciousness within the same state of being with which we are born. That is, we were born while being in most creative state state of being. The most creative state of being is much like the spontaneous and innocent childlike play of discovery and exploration of both our internal and external worlds. In this state we would be able to define ourselves as a state of being in wonderment and Ah at the Creation we experience with an inner satisfaction that never runs dry. It is one form of our birthright and was/is available to each of us. In that state, we would be fully equipped to awake our mind and its memories to freely discovery and explore the separation with our being giving rise to the creation/Creation we experience and literally and figuratively "play" our way into wholeness. However, as we all know, there is a process we all follow. Something is lost and we are unable to maintain that state of spontaneous play. In essence we lose the connection between the mind and the heart. Rather than allowing ourselves to remain in the flow and alignment with the creative life energy within our being allowing it to lead us where it wants to go and do what it wants us to do. Rather than defining ourselves from within this flow of energy, we learn to interject mind and go in other directions in response to our external world. We learn to define ourselves outside this flow. Over time we come to believe how we have defined ourselves and as such, keep ourselves outside the alignment with the flow of our creative life energy and the direction it has chosen for our life. In essence we lose our ability to creative play and be in the most creative state of being. Additional discussion is found in the topic, "A process we all follow." The human experience is a collective experience (Highlights): We create our experiences by how we focus our attention and awareness by our belief structure and how and what we think and believe. One set of beliefs we hold collectively or which are shared beliefs as to what it means to be physical and what it means to be human. In this regard, we can have a physical experience in one of two ways. One is for our consciousness to create such a world unto ourselves. The other way is to become a creation within a creation and have a physical experience in an existing physical world and play by the rules of that world. This is what we have done. The pair production phenomenon is a way to understand conceptually how energy transforms into a creation within a creation. The "Implications of Pair Production on Our Creative Endeavors" is a way to understand how our energy gets manifested in Physical Creation. The topics, "Shared realities," provides some additional discussion on shared and collective experiences. What it means to be human is based on the current collective (Highlights): Each human is a product of the collective and the collective understanding of what it means to be human has changed over time and continues to change. For example, at the time and place when meditation was developed the ego was not as strong in self identification as it is now exists in the Western world and rapidly coming into existence in many non western societies. In the past, individuals tended to see themselves as the servant of their society, their king or whomever ruled their society. Meditation was an effective tool for breaking through the ego. However, the concept of individual rights and a destiny for the individual was not as common as it is today. Today, in Western society, there is the belief the individual has certain inalienable rights and a free will and the freedom to choose what they experience. How the individual defines themselves is somewhat different than the way and individual would defines themselves when meditation was first created. The ego is stronger and more developed. Meditation is not as effective as it once was for braking through the ego and some stronger methods are needed to break through the ego. Sexuality keeps us from accessing the awareness within feeling (Highlights): There is an awareness in what we feel and there are profound awarenesses which lie in the deep feelings beyond sexuality. The intention for our life is one example of what can be known in a deep feeling that lies beyond the feelings of sexuality. However sexuality keeps us from accessing the awareness the lies in deep feeling because most end up in moving into sexuality as opposed to staying in the feeling. From the human perspective achieving what is required to become free from the types and kinds of baggage around sexually related experiences to experience the deep feelings beyond sexuality is close to impossible. Not because it is not possible but because we are so drawn to what the sexuality provides. Nevertheless we can become free of the baggage if we choose to do so. What we need to do in, or with our life, and how we choose to act on any sexual feelings we have is our choice. The issues is whether or not our actions lead us to freedom or further and deeper entrapment by our mind and ego in its desires and attachments. Additional discussion are found in the topics, "An awareness in what we feel" and "The ‘baggage" around sex and sexuality." We are the consciousness behind Creation experiencing its creation (Highlights): Fantastic and impossible as it may sounds, the physical universe we see before us is the reflection of a particular view the consciousness within Creation has chosen to experience reality. Our individuated view is this particular view represented or experience by us through our bodies and the environment in which it find ourselves. We are a creation within a creation viewing Creation through a particular view. It is only one of many possible views. To have the physical experience of this view, we, as an individual aspect of the consciousness within creation allows ourselves to forget who and what we really are, an individuated and infinite creative being, experiencing Creation though a particular individualized view. The human physical experience is the combination of two primary desires (Highlights). We have chose to enter this reality created by Om and experience its Creation. It has something we want. The manifestation of a desire is what caused us to enter the creative/creation process to manifest that desire. In looking at the creative/creation process and we compare the steps of the creative/creation process with our lives as our lives as an unfolding creation, we will find our lives is a superposition of at least two such processes. We need to understand creation is not done alone. We need an other to give us the experiences we desire to have. They in turn, need us to give them the experiences they desire. For us to need Physical Creation to give us the desire we have, Om has a desire that needs us to give Om what it desires. One process is the creation of physical human life and reflective of the desire of Om, the creator of Physical Creation. It is the larger creative process and one in which we all participate. It is to have a physical experience as a human in this time period of history. That is, we are a creation within a creation in which we share a common experience with others. In the awareness that the inner is reflected in the outer, as discussed in the "Implications of Pair Production in Our Creative Endeavors," we reflect a desire of Physical Creation expressed through the human collective. In the same way we express our desire and we pull individuals and experiences into our life to fulfill those desires both the human collective and Physical Creation does the same. It is a shorter duration than the overall life that is created. It runs the span of the desire to procreation through procreation, maturity of the offspring and its desire for the offspring to procreate. It is a creation process about the continuation of human life. There is "something" the consciousness of Physical Creation desired to make manifest on earth and it is reflected in humanity. That is "something" is carried by the human collective consciousness which both desired us to create and make manifest in the physical world. That "something" lies within our being and within our body. A human vehicle is made available for our experience and it carries genes - it carries specific types and kinds of ability to create certain types and kinds of things. Our transcendental mind my be able to do certain things but we do not necessarily have the body that is naturally able to do so. The second process is about our incarnation and the experience our awareness has of Physical Creation. This process overlays the first. It spans the desire which causes us to incarnate and goes through the death of the body and the creation of a new desire. In electing to have an experience of the creation of this creator for whatever reason, we have also agreed to play a role within this Creation and within the larger plan that Om is intending to manifest. Although we are a being of unlimited creativity, we have agreed to limit some of our abilities to follow the rule and protocols that are used to create the physical experience. The gift incarnated to give - our role in Physical Creation (Highlights): Whether we realize it or not, or accept it or not, we have a role to play and a gift to give. The universe is intentional in its creative efforts. What needs to be understood is the energy sustaining our being, sustains us for a reason. The origins of the gift we incarnated to give and the intention for our life is the result of the desire of consciousness. Consciousness in whatever form is very intentional. Although consciousness may act from nonconscious programming, it nevertheless is very intentional. Alternatively said, consciousness at any level creates through intention. It creates by how it focuses its attention and awareness in a particular direction or onto an particular object of focus, concept or idea. If it creates a sufficient flow of energy and passion to go with how it focused its attention and awareness it will create an experience. As a creation within a creation our life is the fulfillment of the desire of two consciousness. One is our consciousness and the desire for a physical experience. The other is the fulfillment of the desire of the consciousness within Physical Creation. That fulfillment of that desire is the gift we incarnated to give. It may be to play a very big role within the human unfoldment or a very small role. Or, it may be a role never seen for what it is and goes unrecognized. Nevertheless the fruits of our life is a gift. There is an intention for our life and it fulfills the intention of our transcendental ego has and fulfills what the human collective has desired. Our consciousness has a free will and we can choose to live the intention that brought us into this world or exercise our free will and do something totally different, or we can learn to walk a balance between the two. What our role is can ultimately only be determined by us by living it following our body wisdom and intuitive guidance. We can use our intuition to guide us in this role by filtering all that we ask our intuitive guidance through our heart. When we ask our intuitive guidance for information, we only need to ask our heart what it has to tell us about what we seek, request or desire. In any case, Om does not judge what we do and what we choose to create. It has made itself available to us for us to discover who and what we are and we can do it any way we want. It is unconditional. Whatever we experience is what we have created by the decisions and choices we have made. The only thing that needs to be realized is that the majority of our creative life energy flows to help us to manifest the experiences we need to have to fulfill the intention we set before incarnating. We will have to work within that intention to optimize our creative powers or return to the Source of our being and change the intention for our life. Others are depending on the role we agreed to play. When we don’t live it for whatever reason, we hurt both ourselves and others. It is only in aligning with our creative life energy or returning to the Source that will allow us to do what we want with a minimum of what we would call "non constructive" or harmful impacts on others. Additional discussion is found in the topic, "The gift we incarnated to bring into the world." A destiny (Highlights): Given Physical Creation is the manifestation of the intention of its creator, the flow of energy given rise to creation is moving toward a particular endpoint - the fulfillment of that desire. We incarnate within this flow to have certain types and kinds of experiences. In this sense, there is a destiny to our life. There is a specific set of experiences we need to have for us to be able to both claim our birthright and to manifest the intention for our life and give the gift we incarnated to give. It needs to be clearly understood that as a human there will always be things that lie outside our control only because we have agreed to play a role within the human drama. That fact that we chose to limit our abilities in some way while in a human body does not negate our unlimited creativity and our ability to created any experience that we choose while remaining in our human body. Nevertheless, there is a destiny before us. All we need to do is surrender to the flow of our creative life energy and we will meet it. Yet, within this destiny we have a wide latitude as to what we can create and experience. Physical Creation seeks to hold us in the illusion of mind and designed to distract (Highlights): To experience any creation/Creation is to experience the illusion of mind. As discussed in the Creation Story for the Creativity Perspective, the consciousness within, or behind Creation, needed to create an illusion so as to experience Creation and find someone with whom to play. In this regard, there is a oneness and interconnectedness to Creation that Physical Creation keeps us from seeing. The issue we all face, given the nature of Creation, is that consciousness can, and will, mold itself into an experience of that on which it focuses its attention and awareness. We each are a unique individualized consciousness with the ability to mold ourselves true to who and what we are or we are free to mold ourselves into the image of another. Our consciousness goes to sleep and then awakens within Physical Creation and we to mold ourselves into a form determined by our physical environment and the society in which we incarnate never realizing we have another option. In this regard, Physical Creation is designed to keep us distracted. The nature of Physical Creation continually draws us away from the necessary internal focus for us to create what we desire. Few ever have the inner and outer space for their intentions/desires to be free to unfold naturally unless it is held with a very clear intention, a single point focus and we are very mindfulness and aware as to how we are making our decisions in life. Most only drift in or towards the general direction required to manifest any intention they hold. This is because the intention we hold creates a flow of energy so that we are carried by a very deep slow moving undercurrent as a result of this flow. Through this undercurrent we can normally access a sufficient level of creativity energy to create what we desire to create. But not in the quickest way and most of our life experiences and what we create is done nonconsciously. It is very difficult to become a truly conscious creator while in Physical Creation. On this point it needs to be noted. Few really create something new, original and significantly different than the past. Most of what we call creating is repackaging the past in a new way. Creation totally within the realm of Physical Creation (Highlights): There are things or experiences we wish to create which totally depend on Physical Creation. This is why many of us are here - to experience these unique opportunities that Physical Creation offers. When the experience we desire is of Physical Creation we must follow the "rule" of Physical Creation to get that experience. We may accelerate the process of Physical Creation by manipulating the rules of Physical Creation. But, we cannot manipulate the rules until we learn and understand them. Hence, to consciously create our experiences of Physical Creation, we must learn the rule of Physical Creation and then work within those rules. Otherwise we will respond to the what occurs in Physical Creation as opposed to becoming a co-creator with Physical Creation. Addition discussion is found in the topic "Rules of Physical Creation." The human body forces our mind to look outward (Highlights): One issue we face is mind is constantly doing what mind does. That is, mind looks outward at the experiences it has and then defines itself by those experience. There is no judgment on this. Mind is constructed to create thoughts which continually occupy our attention and awareness. In doing this mind also keeps the focus of our attention and awareness away from fulfilling the intention for our life. To live the intention for our life we need to follow our internal compass not what the world desires of us. Again, there is no judgment on this. It is simply part of what it means to be a human being. What needs to be realized, which aspect of our mind becomes important depends on exactly what we wish to create. To access what we desire to create based on our enculturation contains one set of issues. The environmental conditions required for accessing and sustaining what we desire are different and require different aspects of our mind. Often we can access an experience by working through the issue of the enculturated mind. However, to sustain the experience we need to work through the issue of the transcendental mind. Then when we access aspects of the transcendental mind, we are often faced with the intention for our life and what it requires of us. This is especially true if we desire is to have the experience of accessing another realm of Creation when we are incarnate in Physical Creation having a human physical experience. However, the nature of the human physical experience by design is to perceive all that occurs through our mind biasing what we experience. That in turn, caused us to be continually distracted from whatever level of mind we need to access. This is why we need to become a detached witness to see Creation and our life for what they are. As a human being, the human experience is such that we are intentionally blinded as to seeing the Source while we are in a human body. The body forces the focus of our attention and awareness into the external world. In this regard, the body stands as a shield that does not allow us to see the Source that sustains the body for what it is. This is why so many traditions talk about the need to transcend the body or access Heaven or Nirvana when we are no longer encumbered by a body. However, nothing can be farther from the truth. We only need to focus inward and be free to discover and explore our inner world and our creative imagination in the innocence and spontaneous childlike play. The experience of pain keeps us from experiencing oneness (Highlights): Pain is something we all face in Physical Creation and pain is something normally we avoid. The human physical experience is designed to have us avoid pain, numb pain and/or suppress pain even at the expense of developing a addition that can destroy the body. The challenge then become in learning the gift of pain and how to use it. Although there is gift in pain and we can learn to use that gift, pain also serves another purpose. Pain is the key item that does not allow us to see through eyes of another and to see the true oneness and interconnectedness of creation. Both our pain and the pain of another stands in our way. We need to be willing to face and step past our pain and accept and step past the pain of another to see through their eyes. But this includes the pain of this life and any other existence which causes us or the other to perceive Creation in a separation. When we step past our pain, we can begin to see the oneness and interconnectedness of Creation and all that exists. Many routinely have mystical experiences that are unattainable in any way through any tradition or practice as long as we are in, or holding, pain. Many seen facing their pain as some type and kind of healing. In fact, often illness is the vehicle that the nonconscious mind uses to processes our pain. Many after facing traumatic or deep healing become open to seeing the oneness of Creation and access what have been called the siddhis. Often curing an illness is as deep a mystical experience as years of practicing within some spiritual or mystical tradition. In this regard, many seen the illness as causing their pain. Few consider the fact that pain is what caused the illness and the illness is only the occasion and vehicle of experience to dissipate the energy contained in the pain. Similarly, when we are willing to face the pain of another, we can being to see into their heart and that for which their creative spirit longs to create. If we can hold the pain of another as our own and step through their pain, we can then see through their eyes. We can come to see why they view Creation the way the do and why they choose to act as they do. In essence, it is the fear of facing our pain and the fear of what our lives will become without our pain and the ability to face pain that keeps us from consciously experiencing the oneness of Creation. Obstacles to fulfilling the intention for our life (Highlights): One of the more puzzling aspects of the physical experience of being human is that our creative spirit chose to incarnated to have certain types and kinds of experiences but then faces obstacle after obstacle to have those experienced. The question that can be asked is why would one choose to experience such difficulties. The issue is two fold. One is creation is not done alone. Without another to hold a safe and secure space for us to have the experiences we incarnated to have, the experiences are difficult to obtain because of the vulnerability of the creative spirit. When the free expression of our creative spirit is thwarted for whatever reason we becomes afraid of the pain we experiences. We develop protective response patterns to protect ourselves. But those protective response pattern become a cage of our own making for they hold our creative spirit captive rather than learning how to freely express ourselves. It is the current nature of human experience of Physical Creation to experience such fear for fear of freely expressing our creative spirit is embedded within the human collective at this point in time. We each are challenged to step past our fear and the pain we could experience in Physical Creation and within our being to see the truth of what is. In doing so, we help free the human collective and such actions in living our truth is part of the gift we incarnated to give. Yet, rather than using the awareness of the vulnerability of the creative spirit to create a safe way to live, we function from, and respond from, our pain. There is a big difference in using the awareness of the vulnerability to create a safe way to live as compared to responding to pain to make it safe to live. One is very proactive and allows us to become a conscious creator. The other is very reactive to become a nonconscious creator and we place our creative spirit in a cage of our own making. An unfoldment (Highlights): Each human physical experience is much like the seeds on a large tree. Each seed has the potential to produce a new tree. Although a tree will produce many thousands of seeds, only a few fall to ground to germinate, grow into a new tree and bear fruit. Many never germinate and all that do germinate never grow to maturity. So too with the dreams the lie in our hearts. They are seeds waiting for the opportunity to germinate and grow. Our creative passion is what brings the waters of life to water the landscape for the seed to grow. All we need is a fertile mind for that dream to manifest. This is why it is so important to develop both a creativity perspective and to hold our creativity sacred. They provide the fertile ground for the dream of the heart to manifest. All we need is the safe and secure space for our creative passion to be expressed. Humanity has yet to experience a world we a majority of the seeds which line in the human heart fall on fertile ground, grow and bear fruit. An internal compass for what we need to do (Highlights): Each of us have within us what is best described as an internal compass. It is a feeling that can be used to guide us in our life or for any creative endeavor. We only need to calibrating our internal compass and lock onto the feeling we desire to experience. There are two primary ways to use the internal compass. One is to follow the intention for our life. It is to move toward that which provides a fullness of being and/or an inner satisfaction which never runs dry. Nothing can be more wonderful that to live in that feeling. Although the intention for our life may result in us having to endure a certain type and kind of suffering to bring humanity a gift, there will be a certain feeling of inner satisfaction that never runs dry in what we do. The other way is to know what feeling or at least the type and kind of feeling we wish to experience in life. We then make all the decisions in our life in favor of moving us to creating that feeling in all that we do in, and with, our life. Additional discussion is found in the topics, "The internal compass," and "Calibrating your internal compass." Key to experiencing Physical Creation (Highlights): The key to experiencing Physical Creation is to become like the wind and experience true freedom. As the wind we come with nothing (no attachments) and leaving with nothing (no attachments). We create any experience by how we consciously or nonconsciously choose to bind the free flow of our creative life energy. When our creative life energy is unbounded and free flowing, we experience the Source of Creation. How big an experience we have depends on how much of our energy is unbounded and free to flow. What attachments we do pick up and retain is what allows us to form the new creation and a new life. Our problem, as discussed in the topic, "The problem of mind and the experience of the Source of Creation - the trap of mind," is as long as we are in a human body, our mind and the body holds us to the physical experience based on the past we have experienced and what we collectively believe as to what it means to be human. Physical creation is about forgetting (Highlights): Who and what we are is an infinite creative being who has only assumed the identity of a human being and intentionally allowed itself to forget who and what it is to have a physical experience. Our body is what grounds our energy and our body encodes the rules and holds us accountable to the rule governing Physical Creation. As such we have limited a portion of our creative power and creative ability for the purpose of having the physical experience. We can create whatever we want as long as we experience it from within the body while we are in Physical Creation. Entering Physical Creation is about forgetting. It is about forgetting we are the creator of the experiences we have and the reality we experience. It is about going to sleep in one reality and waking up in a human body. In essence, our transcendental mind become encased within a shell that acts as a seed which grows into the body we have and unfold in the physical life we experience. To experience any creation as the creator, there is the need to become lost and the need to forget. Otherwise, when our creation give us something we have come to not like, we will abort the creation rather than continuing to the end to get the full experience of the creation. The human body (Highlights): The body has two parts for consideration. One part is that it is a vehicle for the physical experience. It is the vehicle for a physical experience as a human. There are other vehicles that one can choose for a physical experience. We can look at the vehicle aspect as we would a car, truck, bus, tractor, boat, plane, helicopter, space ship, train, or wherever that can give us mobility to travel around. The question is, "What particular type and kind of vehicle gives us the experience we desire?" In this regard, a human body is the preferred vehicle for the type and kind of physical experience we desired to have. The other part is that it has a pedigree determined by its genes. We can look at the genes as a refinement of the vehicle. For example, we could choose a tractor but there are many different kinds and types of tractors depending on what we wish to do. So too our bodies. There are many types and kinds of bodies. Some or suited for particular types and kinds of experiences better than others. The vehicle we choose is determined by two things. One is the desire we have and what we want to experience. It is directly related to why we incarnated. The other is what is made available by the Physical Creation. Physical Creation makes available certain types and kinds of vehicles at a given point in time available for our use. It needs to be remembered, a human being is a creation within and ongoing creation. Physical Creation has its reasons, desires and intentions for what unfolds in Physical Creation. It has its reasons for giving us the body we have. An experience of localized energy and localized consciousness (Highlights): When energy acts as a particle, a majority, if not most of its energy is localized or concentrated at a given location. Although a particle can be seen a energy which has localized, it still has a component which is not localized and permeates of all of Creation. From a creativity perspective, to "localize" our creative life energy is to move it into the particular form by how we focus our attention and awareness. To have any experience is to localized our energy in a particular way to give us the desired experience. To have an experience of Physical Creation as a human being is to localize our creative life energy into the form of a human body. The typical human experience tends to be an experience of energy consciousness as both a localized energy in a body and a consciousness localized within the current mind and its ego. As an energy, it expresses itself in the animation of the body and it creates from within the body including the conditions of the body. As a consciousness it localizes itself by believing it is who it has come to believe it is based on the experiences it has had in the body. That is, possession of an ego. Also from the energy consciousness perspective, the typical human lives in the world of separation for they fail to see how the body and ego are integrally linked and as to how both the body and the ego are linked to their environment, especially the ego. That is, they fail to see in a different environment, they would have difference experiences and create a different ego. We possess a free will (Highlights): Contrary to what the physical experience may cause us to believe, we are not victims and not under the control of Physical Creation. We are an infinite being with an unlimited creativity to create any reality and experience that you choose. Our destiny and birthright as a human is to access and release this unlimited creativity to create any physical experience we choose. We have freedom of choice at each and every level of our being and we are free to choose whatever we wish to believe. We are responsible for the choices we make and the implications of what we believe. We only need to remember reality will mold itself to whatever we believe within the environment we find ourselves. Having incarnated as a human, we are free to create whatever we wish as long as we experience it from within our human body for that is what it means to have the physical experience of being human. We have only agreed to limit our unlimited creativity for the sake of the physical experience we chose to have for whatever reason we may have. An easy way to create (Highlights): It is the premise of the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity understanding that we are independent, infinite creative beings that have limited our creative power to have a physical experience. We do this by sharing a common physical creation with others. Creation is always easier when we use already built materials. Rather than creating a unique reality to experience and sharing the reality we create with others, we enter one already constructed. We enter Physical Creation creating a body analogous to the way pair production occurs where radiant energy is converted into mass. In doing so, the our creative life energy binds itself to the "rules and laws" of Physical Creation such that we cannot readily break free of the bind until we leave the body behind. It is to be noted that it is at this level lies the root of the mind body connection. We can change how our energy is bound to the body. In doing so, we create conditions of health or accident, illness or disease. This is the realm of miracles as we shift the energy from one form of manifestation in the body to another. Additional discussion on how we create is found in the topic, " Half of a creative process (Highlights): For us as a human being, Physical Creation is the dissipation of our creative life energy in a physical experience. To have a physical experience we consciously experience only half of the creation process. There is a seen and an unseen portion. One is that there is an unseen part of the creative/creation process which gives rise to the physical. In many ways that is an unrecognized part of the physical experience for there is an intention governing our lives. That is, what gave rise to us being physical. The other part is that our non localized energy still permeates all of the unseen aspects of Creation. The part of this creation process that we experience as an awake consciousness we experiences as our life or as an experience in life. But our life is only part of a larger process. As discussed in "The Rain - River Analogy for the Creation/creation Process" for us as human, Physical Creation is the dissipation of our creative life energy in a physical experience. Our physical life is the part of the process where our creative life energy manifests physically, flows through a physical experience until the energy dissipated in the experience. But there is also an unseen portion. The role of the unseen portion is where our transcendental mind create the conditions for the physical experience that we have. That is, we create the conditions to localize our energy in Physical Creation. When the energy is dissipated, the experience is finished and what exists, whether it be an object or an experience, seems to die. Yet, the energy is only being released to returned to an non localized form to be recast into the next creation. Whether the consciousness that develops as a result of the experience that is had returns to a non localized form is another question. It is here the attachments we formed in Physical Creation and not released become very important. Physical death does not end the experience of consciousness and our attachments. Consciousness does not die. It only changes the experience consciousness has. The attachments we carry out of life become part of our transcendental mind and the framework for future creations in Physical Creation or any other reality. he question is, "What does the consciousness perceive itself to be as a result of the experiences it has had? In any case, whatever consciousness perceives itself to be biases what it sees and experiences. Splitting and sharing our creative power - the implication of a shared reality (Highlights): As reflected in the pair production phenomenon, the energy of a creation is split between the cutout and the hole, or the particle and the anti particle. When we are in a creation within a creation and/or shared creation, our creative power become split and it is under the control of the host creation and/or shared creation. If we are in a creation within a creation and a shared creation, a part of our creative life energy is controlled by other the host creation and the shared creation. This is what occurs in Physical Creation and why there are things we seem unable to create in Physical Creation and/or it seem we are unable to access the full creative power we know we have. Our creative life energy is split between us and Physical Creation and its creator. The portion controlled by Physical Creation is then split again between Physical Creation and the human collective or our social world within the collective. The energy that is in us is controlled exclusively by us. The energy that split between us and the Physical World and that lies in the Physical world is controlled to some degree by us, the collective and Physical Creation. The shared energy is still in part controlled by us since we are part of Physical Creation and the human collective. It is this shared control that allows us to have an experience of Physical Creation and keeps us bound to Physical Creation when we have experiences we don’t like. Otherwise, we would simply create something else. Our body is the ground point and bridge point for where the control of all these energies comes together and it is what holds our creative spirit in the experience of Physical Creation. This is why our body and knowing what our body feels is so important for it is here we can feel the flow of energy of Physical Creation and the human collective. This phenomenon coupled with the wave particle nature of energy consciousness is what give rise to our intuitive guidance and body wisdom. Finding common ground with another (Highlights): From the view point of being a human, we each are a separate independent reality sharing a common physical experience. What goes on in our inner world is complete unique to us and unique to each individual and is reflected outward in the unique experiences we have in Physical Creation. Although our energy and consciousness operate the same way since we all raise out of the same "stuff" of Creation, our inner reality is determined by our mind. It is determined by the experiences we have had, what we think and what we believe. As such it is impossible to hope to gain the level of detail about any one individuals as we can about Physical Creation. We can gain great detail about Physical Creation because we are a creation within Creation. Relative to any other individual in Physical Creation we are only sharing a common set of rules which govern Physical Creation. The only common ground with any other individual is what they choose to share with us and us with them in a common physical experience.. We have to choose to share and we have to choose to watch and observe if we are really going find common ground with another. A mind body connection (Highlights): In the energy consciousness model of the universe, what need to be understood is that the body, mind, emotions, behavior, thought, what we feel, and the environment all interact to create the experiences we have. They are not separate form each other. They are all different facets of the same thing experience with a different view or perspective. Another way of saying this is each experience of life is within a given context and that overall context can be considered a consciousness to itself. The only difference in all these varies aspects of consciousness is that each has a different view and as such each has a different belief structure and a different level of conscious and nonconscious awareness to experience a given situation as it does. All these different aspects come together at a bridge point. It is the bridge point between consciousness and energy and where what we think and believe gives rise to the experience we have and the reality we experience. It is in the equivalency of energy and consciousness where the mind body connection really lies and realizing our inner world is reflected in the outer through a phenomenon analogous to the pair production phenomenon or the cutout and the hole it create. In some ways we can say is our physical bodies and the physical experience we have in whatever form are our current understanding of the energy aspect of energy consciousness manifesting. Similarly, our currently level of awareness and our enculturated mind (who we think we are) is the consciousness portion of this energy consciousness manifesting. To readily access that mind body connection we need to change our awareness as to who and what we are to change the focus of our attention and awareness that is manifesting our body. We need to go back to that point where the duality of energy consciousness becomes manifested as a form of energy and a form of consciousness. This point is out of mind for mind is already the expression of duality of energy consciousness. It is to move into the flow of energy and into the awareness which lies in feeling as the energy flows to manifest and move upstream to the Source of Creation. Here we can change what we think and believe which has directed that flow of energy in the particular direction in which it flows. Additional discussion is found in the topic, "The mind body connection." We are a creative living process continually redefining ourselves (Highlights): Whether we realize it or not, we continually refine ourselves around a central core: Either the core is the intention for our life or our ego and how we have defined ourselves. How we characterize the energy we feel both as an adult and a child is that our perspective has, and will, change over time We are a creative living process continually recreating ourselves as a result of the experiences we have. As we gain life experiences, we are usually better able to define what we experience. In defining what we experience we have two options. One is we allow the experiences we have to expand the understanding of who and what we are, or we allow the experiences to contract and shrink who we are around a well define ego and what our mind believes. Normally we dance between these two on a spectrum favoring one over the other. The physical experiences is defined by change and the experiences we have continually changes our perspective providing us the opportunity to step into the infinity of our own being. But few of us take the opportunity. Rather, we live in the world created by our mind. The "I" is not frozen. It continually evolves and defines itself based on its experiences but it is selective in what it chooses to define as itself. All the experiences it has are not used. Only selected experiences are used to define who and what the ego thinks it is and how it has been harmed or hurt by the world. It is only because we experience what we do in the same body that keeps the identity that we have. Otherwise, we would see the evolution of our own being. It is only because in thinking we are our body that does not allow us to see that we change ourselves by each and every experience we have. The only question is, "Do we allow ourselves to grow into the infinity of our own being as a result of the experiences we have or confine our creative spirit to a cage of our own making, keeping it captive and unfree to fold true to itself?" Experiencing the Source of Creation while in the body (Highlights): Although we do not realize it, every truly creative endeavor we enter causes a part of our being to pass through and experience the Source of Creation as part of the sacrifice of creation to access the energy for the new creation in the creative process. We are never removed from the Source and us it all the time. However, we are do not have our attention and awareness focused in such a way to consciously be aware of the experience. Rather, the basic, normal or typical experience we have of experiencing the Source of Creation while in the body is to have the Ultimate Accident. The topics "The problem of mind and the experience of the Source of Creation - the trap of mind" discusses the problem we face and lays the foundation as to how to escape mind when in the physical body. If we remain in the chaos of creation associated with the creative process following the sacrifice of creation with true freedom, we remain at the Source of Creation where all and anything is possible. However, it is not a state in which we can reside as long as we are in a human body. Rather, the desire and the intention to have a physical experience which gave rise to the body we have controls the process. But we can consciously pass into and out of it all the time and we create the experience we incarnated to have. A dance between being asleep and being awake (Highlights): Creation/creation is an endless ebb and flow of energy into and out of an infinite and multidimensional form which is experienced by consciousness as going to sleep and awakening. While in the human physical experience we experience awakening and going to sleep in three ways. One is the natural process of our body going to sleep and awakening each day. The nocturnal cycle of sleep helps us to forget and shed the past. However, in using the nocturnal many of the memories bind our energy rather than processing the energy to dissipation. The second way is that we become distracted by the experiences we have in the moment and forget the past. We all have probably had experiences where we started some task, become distracted and never got around to finishing the task. We simply forgot we had to do it. Here again, the energy of the experiences is not necessarily dissipated but bound in the memory. The third way that we go to sleep is that whatever we experience is somehow not pleasurable or exciting so we simply shut down a part of our being. In each of these cases energy can be bound in the memories of the experience because we went to sleep rather than continuing with the experience and allowing the energy to fully dissipate in the experience. The gift of pain (Highlights): Inside Physical Creation because of the way we attach ourselves to the experience, there is pain, suffering, and death. But pain is only part of the nature of the physical experience which we chose to experience at some level of our being. What needs to be understood is there is a function and purpose to pain and a gift in the pain if we learn its function. However, most of us have never come to understand the function of pain and how to use it - other than maybe some who chose to use pain to control others. Pain is a gift and we need to understand the gift that it is and why it is given when it is given. The uniqueness of our being is in many ways the source of much of the pain we experience in our lives. As expressed in the topic, "The human condition as seen from the creativity perspective," rather that live the uniqueness that we are, we are taught and conditioned from the earliest age to fit in and conform to the world and what those in the world think and believe. When we live other than our truth sometimes to the point of denying our truth we will feel pain. Sometimes the pain can be so intense we seek to numb it or suppress it even if we risk developing an addition so as to not feel the pain. The solution is rather than just moving to somehow alleviate the pain, we explore it origins. We need to use our body wisdom and intuitive guidance to see what is giving rise to the pain we experience. We think need to address the root cause so that it can be removed from our life. We all have what are called psychic abilities (Highlights): As a result of the wave particle nature of energy consciousness, part of our energy and part of our consciousness permeates all of Creation. We can place our awareness anywhere within Creation simply by properly focusing our attention and awareness for the body we inhabit. Some see this ability as a psychic ability. Some see it as special powers that can be accessed like the Siddis. Others simply see it as our intuitive ability. In any case, our bodies naturally sense the energies of Creation. Some of us are more attune to this ability and some of us have bodies that are more sensitive to sensing energy. Nevertheless is it all something we do at the nonconscious level as a minimum. In making our nonconscious conscious, working through the pain that keeps our creative spirit captive, and facing the fears which may arise, we open naturally to such abilities. Although what we will experience will be different than another, we each have some type and kind of ability to see through time and space and/or into the past or future lives of ourselves or another. Additional discussion is in area is found in the topics, "Intuitive Guidance" and "Body wisdom." An opportunity to make the nonconscious conscious (Highlights): The nature of Physical Creation is a place were we experience the manifestation of the duality of energy consciousness. That is, we experience energy and consciousness separately as reflections of each other. We can use this face and look to see how the inner is reflected externally or use our outer world experience and pull the string to see what in our nonconscious mind is giving rise to the experience we have. By choosing to expose ourselves to different types and kinds of external experience through something like metatheater we can watch to see what arises and actually explore our programming or even explore our transcendental mind. We need to remember, the human being is a creativity machine that cannot not create. However, most of what we create is done nonconsciously either as a result of our programming in this life or from aspects of our transcendental mind. Physical Creation provides us a way to become mindful and aware of the thoughts we have and the decisions we make. In becoming aware of the thought which arise, we an explore their origin. In being aware of the decisions we make, we can being to explore why we think the way we do. Without become mindful and aware of the thoughts we have and the decisions we make, we simply recreate the past in a new way. The human experience is designed to recreate the past through the habits we form both mentally and in our body/muscle memory. Only in becoming mindful and aware to explore our thoughts and our decisions can we break free of our programming and our past. Additional related discussion can be found in the topic, "Exploring our mind." Provides an opportunity to experience the depth and breadth of our creative ability and creative power (Highlights): In many ways, we do not know what we can do until we do it. It is said we have an inherent unlimited creativity. However, we will know truly know we have such a creative ability and creative power until we use it. The way we start in Physical Creation is to assume the identity given to us as a result of the experiences we have had in life. We believe what our early care givers have told us about life and we define who and what we are by the experiences we have had. But to do so is to deny our birthright and our true identity. To do so is to become truly lost and separated from our own inherent ability. In essence we are creatively lost. We are much like the eaglet and the lion cub discussed in the topic, "The Human Condition as seen from the creativity perspective." To truly know the depth and breadth of our creativity, we needs to experience it in some way. We do so when we become creatively lost and then find our way back to access and use the true depth and breadth of our creativity. Then we know without a doubt what our creative ability and creative power really look like. We cannot experience being lost unless you are truly lost and have no hope of ever finding our way. If we know we are not really lost but only temporarily off our path and we are in a place that no matter how we go we will eventually find a place that we recognize, we have not experienced being lost. So too with the physical experience. If we could easily leave the physical experience, easily change it whenever we change our mind about the experience we are having, and/or otherwise access our unlimited creativity, we could we would not be having a physical experience. To have a physical experience means to experience the life of the body. But the fact that we are here in a body does not mean we cannot become aware of the depth and breath of our own infinite consciousness and unlimited creativity or see the illusion of mind that is creating the reality we experience. This experience is always open to us if we desire to have it. Our creations unfold from seed conditions (Highlights): What is important to realize about the nature of Physical Creation is that things and experience grown and evolve from a seed condition. In this regard, Physical Creation is a place of unfoldment. We, as are all creations within Creation, are an unfolding creation within an unfolding Creation. Relative to our creative endeavors, we create the conditions then see it and the consequences of what we create unfold . Awareness of the unfoldment allows us to consciously participate in a cause effect chain in this awareness we can become the cause for the next effect. Since Physical Creation is an unfoldment, change takes time to unfold in Physical Creation. Although the energy of Creation instantaneously shifts to manifest our desired creation, how and what we think about Creation and how and what we think about and are attached to the required sacrifice greatly influences how fast our desire manifests. Additionally, Physical Creation is a realm of growth, evolution and unfoldment. What we believe about what it means to be physical has the greatest influence on how something can unfold. How long it takes is determined by how free the energy is release and able to into manifestation without obstruction. Yet, some things need to grow and unfold in Physical Creation according to the rules of Physical Creation. If we want fresh tomatoes picked off the plant, we must first be in a part of the world where we can grow tomatoes. If we move to where we can grow tomatoes, we may be unable to plant the tomatoes until the seasons change to support the pants growth. Then, even when we plant the seeds, water and nourish the plant, it will take about sixty to eighty days to get our tomato. Even if we are willing to do everything as required when required, some things take time. The approach we need to take is to create the correct seed condition and the conditions for the seed to fall on fertile soil within proper conditions to readily germinate, take root and grow. As with modern genetics, we can tailor the seed we plant to the conditions in which we find ourselves or we can modify the environment to suit the seed. What is best for us depends on the starting conditions in which we find ourselves. Creative freedom in Physical Creation (Highlights): True freedom is to become like the wind, coming with no attachments and expectations in all aspects of our being and leaving with no attachments and expectations in all aspects of our being. That cannot be done while in Physical Creation for it is our attachment to the rules of Physical Creation that allow us to have the a physical experience. However, we can be creatively free. To be creatively free while incarnate, we just need to let go and savor each experience we have in Physical Creation like the wind - having no attachments or expectation as to what we will experience and be free to let go of the experience neither wanting more or looking to avoid such experiences in the future. We can be perfectly happy and experience that internal bliss and joy the never runs dry just by surrendering to the intention for our life and play the role we agreed to play. We only need to following our intuitive guidance and body wisdom for our body is encoded with the role for what we incarnated to do. It is the perfect vehicle for the experience we desire to have. We only need to trust that there was a deep and profound wisdom that created the intention for our life and no matter what we experience, it has our best interest at heart. An issue of sex and sexuality (Highlights): No matter how we look at it, the human experience is a sexual experience. We each are the product of sexuality and humanity needs to engage in sexuality if the human species is going to continue. Whether or not we as individual engage in physical sex and/or sexual activity another issue. However, creatively, we will have to face three different aspects of sexuality. In talking about sex and sexuality from a creativity perspective it needs to be noted it is not about being male or female or what think about sex and sexuality as a result of being male or female. Nor do the roles we experience as a male and female within any given society truly allow us to understand the creative roles of the masculine and feminine in the creative process. The first aspect of sex and sexuality that with which we are all familiar. Biologically, sexuality is about creating biological offspring. It may or may not be a role we are called to do. Or, for whatever reason, lead to do. The second aspect of sex and sexuality that is related to the first but actually quite different. That is, it is about creating life any or all levels of our being - spiritually, mentally, emotionally and/or physically. Sexuality is about energy generation. Whether we realize it or not, whether or not a biological offspring is created, energetically there is a life, a flow of energy, that gets created in sexuality. Sexuality causes a flow of energy to be generated within each individual and between the individuals. That energy is a consciousness unto itself. It can and will have a life of its own. If we do not nourish that life it will die but also a part of us dies with it. The issue of sex is about bring life into the world and into our being. Whether or not we recognize that life doesn’t matter. It happens. If our relationship nourish the life created within ourselves, the other individual and the life between us as result of the relation, we will find an expansion within our being. If we do not nourish them, we will find a contraction and shrinking in some aspect or part of our being if not every part of our being. It needs to be remembered that creation/Creation is intentional. Intention is what creates the flow of energy which gives rise to any creation/Creation. In this regard, we need to become very aware of the intention(s) we carry when we engage in sex or sexuality. Sexuality and sex gives rise to flows of energy within our being and the sexuality and sex amplifies that energy into a creation. The third aspect of sex and sexuality we face is that any creative endeavor and all creative endeavors are the product of the joining of a masculine aspect and a feminine aspect. Whether or not we recognize the masculine and feminine aspects or their joining is irrelevant. They are still present. It is the joining of the masculine and feminine aspects of creation/Creation which give rise to the flow of energy that manifests and animates the creation. It is analogous to the way the positive and negative terminals of a battery must be connected and joined for the energy to flow. Additionally, it is the feminine aspect of our being which will need to nourish the creative endeavor. If our inner feminine is poorly developed it will interfere with what we can create and nourish to maturity. Similarly if our inner masculine is poorly develop or the inner masculine is castrated, we will be unable to find the creative ideas and/or thrust out to manifest them. In any case, as a result of the masculine and feminine aspects which give rise to our creative endeavors, we may find our creative endeavor makes us feel sexual or we will find our sexuality being arouse in our creativity. This is the underlying phenomenon which give rise to the muse in that often there is an external facet of what we feel internally. In this regard, the muse and the energy of creation are integrally linked and it only makes sense the lose of the energy is the lose of the muse and losing the muse interferes and results in the lose of the energy giving rise to the creation.
