The following is the daily
practice develop and used by the author about two years before he
started his
conscious journey to explore creativity. The technique was
compiled and refined over time and it was the personal methodology
used of the author.
It is provided for your reference. You can use it if you wish but it
is recommended you develop a practice based on your understanding.
The reader is encouraged to use this technique or any techniques
they find personally satisfying. It is highly recommended the reader
experiment and develop their own technique and not use that of
another. A technique personally chosen by the individual, especially
one modified with some unique personal preferences, allows the
emotional ownership of the technique to be utilized in the process
to assist in the manifest. The emotional expression behind the
request is essential in manifesting the desire. A request without
emotion contains very little energy. The more emotional “charge” you
can put into your request, the more likely it will work.
It should be noted that this technique, although very successful for
the author, is no longer used by the author. The reason is that as
one begins to manage and direct their life with clear intentionality
the way one emotionally charges their intention will change. In
fact, it is suggested if you technique does not change and evolve as
you become more aware and more practiced you are not growing and
expanding your understanding of how to manifest. The follow is
recommended only as a starting point.

Daily Conditioning Prayer

Visualize Health: Address any
actual or perceived problems

Visualize the person I am
becoming

Visualize the things which
need to be accomplished. Remember - put no expectations on
anything. Allow the future to be made by God. Be mindful of each
decision and do what must be don when confronted with the
choice.
Remember: "There is time enough for everything which must be
done" and
"Everything which is needed is provided or will be provided"

Provide an overall attempt to
in step where the "flow" is going; get control over those things
I can get control over. Trust that God will provide all the
resources for those thing He wants done. Those things for which
the time and resources do not appear available probably are not
necessary. If they are, what is needed will be provided. What
items/areas am I concerned with?

Evaluate the previous days
actions as seen through the eyes of God.
- What improvements can be made?
- Did I demonstrate the love and wisdom of God?
- Have I thought good/positive things about all
people?
- When I was annoyed or frustrated have I looked
within to determine the source?

Before you take actions, think
about why I am doing what I do. Put what I propose to do into
the larger perspective of my life. Ask "How is this action
accomplishing my higher purpose? Does it have to be done at this
moment? Is there a higher way to do it?" Ask what my higher
purpose is in the next day, week and month and how what I am
doing right now fits into it. Mentally run through the up coming
day and sense which activities and which order of doing them
feels good before I jump into action.
Reminders
Need to surrender myself to God.
How? Through prayer, meditation and service.
What we think we become: Thoughts ----> Deeds ----> Reality
Maintain Mindfulness Always
Who am I trying to please?
Am I decreasing so God can increase?
Whenever I have an overwhelming desire in my heart, do I
discriminate? Is it a good desire or a bad desire for which I am
seeking fulfillment?
Clarity: Focus on the vagueness - express it in form/words until the
form feels correct. Need clarity of purpose, intent (how),
motivation (why), clearly communicate.
Send positive images of each situation.
