Transformation Implementing Creative Step/Guideline #8 The doorway to your creative power and creative ability Creative Step/Guideline #8 (Top) : As a result of this inventory, open yourself and ask to have this Creative Power as you understand it to remold and recast your character. Allow yourself to transform what you think are shortcomings and obstacles by looking to see how they have been an asset in accessing and releasing your unlimited creativity while doing what you need to do to manifest your intention. This step is about action and
acting on what you have learned in Steps/Guidelines
#6 and
#7. It is about recycling what serves your creative needs,
remolding what doesn’t and making room for the new. Without some
space for a new creation to occur, nothing can come into your life.
Here again, it is not about doing anything this Creative Power
directs. Similarly is not about doing something to gain the favor of
this Creative Power. It is about learning to trust and use the
creative process and allow what you set in motion to unfold. Open yourself to be remolded (Top) As a result of this inventory, open yourself and ask to have this Creative Power as you understand it to remold and recast your character. When you explore the root of why you step outside the flow of energy needed to manifest your desired creation, you will find many shortcoming, obstacles and the like that you tell yourself are the cause of your problems. However, more often than not, they are only the catalyst that gives rise to what we need to face to create what we desire. They are only an illusion created from your mind to keep you from undergoing the necessary changes to manifest what you desire. You need to choose to recreate yourself in a way that your perceived liabilities or obstacles become the assets that they are for they bring you to the awareness of what you need to do. Often this requires you to stand back and take a different perspective about your life and what you are attempting to create. The doorway to your creative power and creative ability (Top) Allow yourself to transform what you think are shortcomings and obstacles by looking to see how they have been an asset in accessing and releasing your unlimited creativity while doing what you need to do to manifest your intention. We don’t become creative when we
are satisfied. There needs to be some level of dissatisfaction
before one moves to create something new. It is most often our
shortcoming and obstacles that become the door way and catalyze us
to change what we experience. From a creativity perspective, they
are assets. It is only when we step beyond our personal likes and
dislikes and the judgements we hold do we begin to see the beauty in
what we do not like about ourselves and others. It is not about
being optimistic or looking on the “bright side” or “good side” of
something. It is about seeing what really provides the motivation in
our lives to become creative and learn to be thankful for them. More
importantly, it is to come to realize we don’t need pain and
suffering to catalyze our creativity. We can learn to realize when
we are not being served long before it becomes painful.
