The creative spirit is integral to your being. It is a part of you and you are a part of it. It is not separate from you. Yet at times it can be experienced as separate and can take on an identity and/or a life of its own.

There are four major characteristics of this creative spirit. They will significantly influence your creativity if they are not understood and addressed. They are it is creative, vulnerable, playful and possess a life giving wisdom. Each of these four characteristics will give rise to unique issues/problems is the characteristic is denied or somehow suppressed. To be come intimate with your creative spirit is to explore and come to know how each of these characteristic come to play in your life and in your creative endeavors.
